Customer Experience Day is celebrated already for the eighth time all around the world. This year, you can join the event on Tuesday 6th of October online. Global CX Day 2020 brings together CX professionals from several continents to enjoy interesting talks and good company. On the day of the event, we celebrate companies, communities and employees who offer unforgettable experiences to their customers. That’s why we also give out the CX Award Finland at the event.

You are warmly welcome to the internationally organised Global CX Day 2020 event, where you will hear interesting talks, learn the best practices of the industry and get to know other CX professionals from different parts of the world. CXPA Finland will organise the event virtually this year together with ten other CXPA local networks.
